Throughout the semester, you'll progressively work towards:

• Front Splits

• Middle Splits

• Oversplits

• Bridges & Backbends

• Shoulder Mobility

• Active Flexibility

• Handstand Foundations

No experience required. Every student progresses at their own pace.

Progressing to…Contortion skills (When students reach intermediate-advanced levels)

• Forearm Stand Foundations

• Chest Stand Foundations

What to Expect?

Each 60-minute class includes:

• Guided Warm-Up

• Mobility Training

• Active Flexibility

• Strength & Conditioning

• Deep Stretching

• Beginner Contortion Foundations

• Individual Technique Corrections

Our small class size allows for personalized feedback while enjoying the motivation of training alongside others.

Maximum of 5 students means you still receive:
