Trial classes are offered to all programs
We offer trial classes to those who want to understand what the private lessons have to offer. A discounted rate is available for the first trial class before your commitment to ongoing training. Please enquire to learn more about it.

We offer a free consultation when you reach out to us. Prices vary on the location and the level of the students
Format
1v1/ 1v2/ Semi-private (3-4 people)
1/ FormeKids: Gymnastics
Top-notch Gymnastics training. The lesson includes conditioning- fitness training,
stretching, and learning gymnastics skills. We administer a level test approximately
every six months and issue report cards and certificates.
Mini Gymnastics: 2-4 years old
We offer a special program for children aged 2-4 years old.
For children of this age, we recommend starting with 45-minute sessions.
Lesson structure for 5 and above
There are 2 ways in which the lessons are structured:
I. The Coach can create custom programs based on parents’ or students’ goals
to reach their expectations
2. If there are no preferences, the coach will follow the "Level Skills Chart"
as the criteria for the lessons, and there are level tests every six months.
To pass a level, they will have to perform a routine, which is based on
the "Level Skills Chart", and if they pass, they will receive a certificate.
2/ ForméTricks: Acro & Contortion tricks
This program is designed for individuals seeking to attain a high level of flexibility. We will instruct on abilities tailored to the current level of each student. This program is appropriate for students who possess intermediate to advanced flexibility, dancers, and figure skaters.
Lesson structure
The coach will tailor the program and drills to each individual's goals
and ability by following the 'Level Skills Chart.'
