  • A: Formé by Terri specializes in in-home, private gymnastics, contortion training and Adult Flexibility Training sessions in Vancouver, BC, Canada . Our services are fully customized and include one-on-one coaching, targeted gymnastics, and contortion for kids, strength and conditioning, flexibility programs. We bring the gym and the expertise directly to you.

  • A: Formé by Terri Adults Flexibility Training is unlike a quick pre-workout warm-up, our Deep Stretching sessions are dedicated, focused practices aimed at improving your flexibility, releasing muscle tension, and enhancing recovery. Using a combination of active and passive techniques, yoga, contortion, and gymnastics technique. Ensure the training is progressive, safely, and achievable. We help increase your range of motion, reduce soreness, and promote mental relaxation. It's perfect for athletes, desk workers, or anyone looking to release tightness.

  • A: Yes! We offer virtual coaching sessions for clients who prefer to train from home with their own equipment or who are located outside our in-person service area. These sessions are conducted via a secure video link and provide the same level of personalized instruction and accountability.

2/ Logistics & Scheduling

  • A: We primarily serve in Vancouver, and Richmond. A travel fee may apply for East side of Richmond, Burnaby, West Vancouver, and Delta. The other option is to come to coach Terri’s home studios in Richmond. Please contact us to confirm availability in your specific area.

  • A: We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate our students' busy lives. Sessions are available weekdays and weekends, mornings and evenings. Specific availability is subject to change, so we recommend booking in advance.

  • A: Scheduling is easy! You can book a free consultation through our website, or contact us via email, WhatsApp, DM in Instagram. We'll discuss your goals and find a time that works best for you.

  • A: All lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

    To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please notify the coach 24 hours before the lesson start time. Otherwise, the full fee will be charged.
    (Please provide proof in case of emergency)


    If the coach needs to cancel a lesson due to special circumstances, the student will be notified as soon as possible, and a makeup lesson will be arranged.

3/ The Training Experience

  • A: Your first session is all about assessment and alignment. We will:
    Discuss your levels, goals, and any limitations.

    We check your posture and movement, then teach easy exercises to improve them. If you choose to take regular classes with Coach Terri, we’ll guide your progress toward your goal and give you weekly homework to help you improve.

  • A: Absolutely! We welcome students of all fitness levels. Our philosophy is to meet you where you are and build a strong, safe foundation from there. Your program will be specifically designed for your starting point.

  • A: We will send you an equipment lists (about 2-3 essential items) after we confirm the lesson. We also provide Equipment Shopping Service! We understand it can be tricky to know what to buy and what works best for home practice.

    Don't worry about what equipment is suitable for home use - we've got you covered! We can assist you in purchasing the right items.

    We’ll bring extra gear too! You need:

    • A clear space about the size of a yoga mat

    • Comfortable workout clothes

    • A water bottle

    • A positive attitude!

4/ Payments & Policies

  • A: Our pricing varies based on the type of programs, locations, session length, and student’s level. We offer package discounts to support your long-term commitment. Please contact us for our detailed pricing guide.

  • A: We accept cash, bank transfers, or half cash, half ETM.

    Payment is typically required before or at the time of your session.

  • A: Yes! We offer new student welcome packages as to help you stay committed to your training journey. Packages are valid for a set period from the date of purchase.

    Additionally, we offer a special referral discount when you introduce your friends and neighbors to our programs.

5/ Safety & Qualifications

  • A: Yes, absolutely. Your safety is our top priority. Terri is a certified NCCP-gymnastics coach and AcroDance certified teacher via Acrobatic Art official. With 8+ years of coaching experience in Hong Kong and Vancouver. She worked with a diverse range of international schools, training students from various cultural backgrounds and age groups. Formé by Terri is fully insured for your protection and our peace of mind.

  • A: Yes, safety is our top priority. Every session includes warm-up, progressive drills, and safe exits from skills. We never push beyond your body’s capacity.
